Introduction

Supportive Competencies allow File and Network Management, Hardware Selection & Deployment, Software Troubleshooting, etc… Example: “the ability to support others to troubleshoot basic code and element issues”.

Research and Development Competencies: the abilities necessary to appraise existing processes, investigate newborn solutions and facilitate their adoption - within the methodicalness or by the super industry.
