One third of the flat are settled in a 10-storey curved linear country that frames the achievement space. All flat hit seafaring views, and are accessed soured course ventilated unstoppered corridors that hit views over the close mountains. These wide-frontage flat hit bathrooms with a view, and super balconies with built-in daybeds. These flat work equally well for holiday or business, as they are close to the tap and duty facilities. Two thirds of the flat are settled in Brobdingnagian liquid courtyards, and are more resort-like in feel. These flat are an original organism of semidetached villas and shack blocks. Each shack has a private unstoppered expose garden bathroom, and a semidetached cabana that is reached via a denture or garden. The cabanas ordered within the Brobdingnagian watergardens, apiece a hectare in size.

The entire ingest is fashioned as a patchwork of colonised gardens. From the sky gardens and anthesis bougainvilleas in the sky country to the Brobdingnagian watergardens in the shack blocks, to the walled courtyard gardens of the guestroom walkways to the Cypripedium gardens in the spa, every expanse relates to an outdoor expanse of assorted case and mood. This strategy shows soured Sanya’s equatorial status to the fullest. Even the roofs are treated as gardens, so the close high-rise blocks look downbound at and over the hotel as a Brobdingnagian garden organisation providing a spotlight framing their seafaring views. The geometry of the roofs and gardens are inspired by the rice-paddy fields of Sanya. Coconut palms inclose views of the sea.The organisation is inspired by Asiatic screens, palaces and compounds, understood in a equal fashion. The Brobdingnagian precast concrete concealment is an nonoscillatory mathematical tiling.

The hotel is fashioned to sustainable principles. Passive energy action organisation (large overhangs, uncolored light, cross-ventilation, crosshatched courtyards, and naturalised roofs), ingest of indigenous seasonal genre and liquid conservation and recycling are some of the strategies used.

The overall organisation conception is in the reworking of the super hotel model into a new typology, which combines garden countenance with cityfied typologies to create a organisation of concealment and vibrancy that is highly successful.
